Details of project:- 200,000 m2 construction space
- extra 36,000 m2 of retail space
- a 50-storey Apartment tower called The Keraton
- a 46-storey Office Tower called The Plaza
The Plaza Indonesia Extension project is the second phase of a super-block development, located at one of the most prestigious intersections in Jakarta. This mixed-use project consists of one 50 story office tower, one 46 story luxury condominium tower, a six level retail podium, and five levels of subterranean parking and building services. The total gross area of construction is approximately 200,000 square meters (2.15 million square. feet).
Since its founding, the Company has remained focused on its main business, which is developing and managing prime property in Jalan M. H. Thamrin, Jakarta . In 2004 , the Company plans to recommence the Phase 2 Extension Project which has been halted in 1998 due to the country's economic crisis.
